For example, the laboratory has four universal hydraulic machines specifically designed for fatigue testing, equipped with resistance and electromagnetic induction furnaces; a versatile electromechanical tension\/compression test frame with a wide load range (1 mN \u00f7 200 kN); nineteen deadweight machines for creep tests, and three more specific machines for tests on miniature specimens.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">A non-exhaustive list of tests that can be performed is as follows:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">High-cycle fatigue (HCF), low-cycle fatigue (LCF) and thermo-mechanical fatigue (TMF) tests<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Creep tests on standard and miniature specimens<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"3\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Small Punch Test (tensile, creep) up to 1000 \u00b0C<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"4\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Tensile and compression (EN, ASTM) up to 1000 \u00b0C<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"5\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Flexure tests (3PB, 4PB) on thin specimens, up to 1100 \u00b0C<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"6\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Brinell, Vickers and Rockwell surface hardness tests<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"7\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Heat treatment and\/or aging up to 1700 \u00b0C<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"8\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Manufacturing of ceramic membranes using the tape casting technique<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"9\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Sintering and\/or debinding of ceramic materials<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","scarica_file":false,"link_estreno":false,"button":{"text":"","link":""},"acronimo":"Mechanical Testing Laboratory ","referente_group":[{"referente_utente":{"value":"Andrea.Cammi@rse-web.it","label":"Andrea Cammi"}}],"referente_info_doc":false,"data_emissione":"","laboratory_activity_period":"","autori":"","durata":"","rif_rse":""},"related_posts":false,"show_on_slider":false,"satellite_post_url":""},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
