For example, the laboratory has four universal hydraulic machines specifically designed for fatigue testing, equipped with resistance and electromagnetic induction furnaces; a versatile electromechanical tension\/compression test frame with a wide load range (1 mN \u00f7 200 kN); nineteen deadweight machines for creep tests, and three more specific machines for tests on miniature specimens.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A non-exhaustive list of tests that can be performed is as follows:<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">\n<ul>\n<li>High-cycle fatigue (HCF), low-cycle fatigue (LCF) and thermo-mechanical fatigue (TMF) tests<\/li>\n<li>Creep tests on standard and miniature specimens<\/li>\n<li>Small Punch Test (tensile, creep) up to 1000 \u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Tensile and compression (EN, ASTM) up to 1000 \u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Flexure tests (3PB, 4PB) on thin specimens, up to 1100 \u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Brinell, Vickers and Rockwell surface hardness tests<\/li>\n<li>Heat treatments and\/or aging up to 1700 \u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturing of ceramic membranes using the tape casting technique<\/li>\n<li>Sintering and\/or debinding of ceramic materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","scarica_file":false,"link_estreno":false,"button":{"text":"","link":""},"acronimo":"Mechanical Testing","referente_group":[{"referente_utente":{"value":"Andrea.Cammi@rse-web.it","label":"Andrea Cammi"}}],"referente_info_doc":false,"data_emissione":"","laboratory_activity_period":"","autori":"","durata":"","rif_rse":""},"related_posts":false,"show_on_slider":false,"satellite_post_url":""},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
