The laboratory\u2019s main activities include:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Characterization of concentrator photovoltaic (CPV) modules in the dark to measure parameters such as ideality factor, temperature, series and parallel resistance.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Assembly and testing of electrical, electronic and mechanical components.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Development of new methods to diagnose photovoltaic strings and optimize the maximum power point (MPP) that can be implemented in inverter firmware.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Measurement of current-voltage characteristics of bifacial modules subject to partial shading and fouling.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5.
