This is being pursued through research activities ranging from threat identification and quantification to component vulnerability study and modeling, solutions to prevent and mitigate the effects of threats on the system and the application of innovative monitoring and diagnostic technologies to detect the status of the system.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nAll aspects are addressed with the aim of applying the developed device and\/or component, or the measurement technique in the industrial field and\/or modeling systems suitable for simulating threats, vulnerabilities, and the effectiveness of active and passive mitigation measures of the electro-energy system.
