In its development the project will devote special effort to include the countries less involved in European level initiatives and projects.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>Objectives:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf076\" data-font=\"Wingdings\" data-listid=\"2\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Identify R&amp;I stakeholders active in the fields of smart grids, storage and local energy systems including policy makers, standardisation bodies and experts in both research and academia representing the whole EU and establish effective communication links and potential collaboration. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf076\" data-font=\"Wingdings\" data-listid=\"2\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Develop an enhanced knowledge-sharing mechanism that will help to identify, discuss and address the key R&amp;I challenges in the field of smart grids.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf076\" data-font=\"Wingdings\" data-listid=\"2\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"3\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Develop a European multi-functional collaborative platform through which ready-made tools will facilitate the collection of data and results from on-going projects and initiatives. Build a useful shareable data repository (as a virtual stakeholder\u2019s hub) to collect case studies, exploitable results, scenarios and local energy system analysis to be accessible to all interested stakeholders.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf076\" data-font=\"Wingdings\" data-listid=\"2\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"4\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Organise dedicated workshops to facilitate exchanges of experience and best practices among members of R&amp;I community in collaboration with already on-going activities aiming to a broader participation in order to strengthen collaboration and maximize the potential impact of achieved results.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">To achieve its objectives, PANTERA has developed the EIRIE interactive multifunctional platform <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eirie.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EIRIE <\/a><\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">aimed to become a single point of reference for the EU Research &amp; Innovation field of smart energy systems and technologies, in support of the energy transition towards a low carbon economy.
