Among potential landslide movements, debris flows caused by intense rainfall represent a rare but impactful threat to the power system, leading to significant power outages worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The article proposes a physical analytical model to quantify the vulnerability of power system components to debris flow phenomena. This model can be applied in various resilience-oriented analyses, from long-term planning to operational scheduling.
