This city was chosen for its socio-economic representativeness and for the previous experience acquired in this area, having already carried out research on sustainable urban mobility in the past. This situation had a significant impact on traffic, the use of public transport and air quality.<br \/>\nIn this context, smart working became of fundamental importance, as a solution that guaranteed the continuation of work activity, especially in the tertiary sector.<br \/>\nThe RSE study analyzes data on the demand for mobility in the Milan area during the lockdown period, focusing on the role and impact of smart working.
