To anticipate the complete transposition of the RED II Directive and to test the effects of Collective Self-Consumption schemes and RECs, Law 8\/2020 was promulgated in Italy, followed by ARERA Resolution 318\/2020 and the Ministerial Decree of the Ministry of Economic Development of 16 September 2020, which specifically define the regulation and incentive tariffs to be applied to the two models.<\/p>\n
In this regulatory context, RSE is responsible for carrying out studies to promote the implementation of pilot projects of Collective Self-Consumption schemes and Renewable Energy Communities.
