The ultimate goal is to provide flexibility from local resources to the TSO on the ancillary services market, considering the needs and constraints of both the TSO and the DSO. The main functionality is the calculation of the aggregate reactive power capacity underlying the network interface between TSO and DSO (HV\/MV substation), based on current network conditions.
