In this perspective, we describe this framework and show how it can support the development of technologically detailed, policy-relevant and country-driven sectoral strategies consistent with the Paris Agreement climate goal.<\/p>\n<p>We also discuss how this framework can be used to engage stakeholder input and buy-in; design implementation policy packages; reveal necessary technological, financial and institutional enabling conditions; and support global stocktaking and increasing of ambition.<\/p>\n","scarica_file":false,"link_estreno":[{"link_text":"Download ISI Article","link":"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41558-019-0442-8"}],"button":{"text":"","link":""},"referente_group":false,"data_emissione":"2019-03-25","autori":"H.
