A study was carried out on this aspect. The phase involved the selection of the case study, the Como metro-tramway, for similar initiatives already undertaken in the neighboring Swiss territory. An analysis was carried out about the introduction of a MaaS solution in the Italian scenario with reference to the Swiss SBB experience.
