The regulatory process is illustrated which, starting from the data exchanges required by the Network Code on network observability,<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>ended with the technical specification, based on international IEC standards, which regulates the technological solutions for the communications and cybersecurity. The presentation details the IEC 62351 security profiles of the IEC 61850 communications of the Central Plant Controller \u2013 CCI and the cybersecurity certifications required for the<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CCI.
