This led to the formulation of a \u201ccoordinated\u201d planning methodology which is also proposed as a possible operational methodology for the actual interaction between transmission and distribution operators;<\/li>\n<li>creation of an open-source library which applies the planning methodology proposed by FlexPlan. This library replicates the main functions performed by the toolbox created by the project partner N-SIDE, except for the part of the pre-processor and the graphical interface.
