This deliverable provides a summary of the results achieved across the three work packages:<\/p>\n<p>WP1 \u2013 Threats: Updated maps of wet snow loads according to NNA EN 50341-2-13:2017. Using the MERIDA dataset, a study was conducted on the frequency and intensity of heatwaves, and an analysis of its components in the soil hydrological balance was performed. Climate models identified areas of the country that will be increasingly exposed to the effects of climate change under three emission scenario hypotheses. The emissions of major greenhouse gases were estimated for parts of Europe using inverse modeling. Hydrological models of various spatial-temporal scales were applied to forecast flooding and landslides, with the creation of a new model named CRHyME, designed to quantify potential hydrogeological risks at the basin scale for both short-term and long-term climate change scenarios. The SPHERA code was improved and validated by applying it to the Vajont dam overflow disaster.<\/p>\n<p>WP2 \u2013 Vulnerability and Security: Models for the vulnerability of network components to various environmental and cyber threats were developed and applied, including a model for simultaneous threats. Decomposition techniques for applying security control with probabilistic constraints to large networks, including AC constraints, were developed. A Phase Shifting Transformer model was integrated into the probabilistic control. The seismic wave propagation model was applied to dams, comparing analysis results with experimental measurements and evaluating its advantages over traditional analysis approaches. A survey of national and international hydroelectric activities was conducted, and a techno-economic assessment of the impact on the energy market from a hypothetical future significant reduction in hydroelectric generation was performed.<\/p>\n<p>WP3 \u2013 Increasing Resilience: Developments were made to the optimizer for active and passive measures, and the optimization module was applied to a case study for transmission. An innovative version of RELIEF was created to enhance the ability of an power system to limit the duration, extent, and severity of system degradation due to extreme events. To ensure minimum anti-icing currents for a distribution case study, the use of regulation transformers, storage systems, and ballast loads was evaluated. Guidelines were provided for greater harmonization of resilience assessment methodologies developed by TSO and DSO network operators, with examples of coordination applied to a case study. The monitoring of snow sleeves using WILD stations continued, with real-time comparison of measurements against WOLF forecasts.
