Support for institutions and activities within working groups is a crucial aspect of the electric mobility project. It enables sharing the results of analyses from technical activity lines with decision-makers and facilitates more informed regulatory actions. This document summarizes the main occasions and activities carried out in support of institutions or within working groups during 2020. These activities focused particularly on the following entities and topics:<\/p>\n
Ministry of Economic Development and Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport: Support in defining infrastructure objectives for charging, with methodologies and results provided to the interministerial “MISTEG” table for drafting the new PNIRE (National Infrastructure Plan for Electric Mobility). Assistance in coordinating the “infrastructure” thematic table of the Automotive Table promoted by the Ministry of Economic Development. Support in identifying functional requirements and suitable technological solutions for the development of the National Unified Platform for mapping the national charging infrastructure.<\/p>\n
Regulatory Authority for Energy Networks and Environment (ARERA): Support in organizing three focus groups on electric mobility, specifically on private charging, public charging, and the state of vehicles and charging devices in Italy, including coordination of three “surveys” on these aspects.<\/p>\n
Lombardy Region: Participation in the “Sustainable Mobility” Working Group, support for updating regional charging infrastructure planning tools, and testimony to the Fifth Commission \u2013 Transport and Mobility, presenting the current state of electric mobility in Italy and research on the effects of smart working on mobility in Milan.<\/p>\n
Scientific Committee of “e-Mob”: Participation in the work of the committee, composed of key players in the electric charging sector and various national public administrations, with a contribution to organizing the “National Electric Mobility Conference.”<\/p>\n
Working Group \u201cDecarbonization and European Policies\u201d of MOTUS-E: Participation in the working group’s activities and contribution to preparing scenarios to assess the contribution of electric mobility to renewable energy targets in transport by 2030.<\/p>\n
International Energy Agency (IEA), Technology Collaboration Program \u201cHybrid & Electric Vehicle\u201d: Participation in the group’s activities, particularly in Task 43 and related workshops.<\/p>\n
