The research activity described in this report focuses mainly on the validation in the simulated field of advanced energy functions capable of increasing shared energy within a collective self-consumption scheme, through the application of the use case presented in the report. The validation process is carried out taking into account the regulatory update on collective self-consumption systems, which occurred with the publication of Law 8\/2020 and required the use of predictive models to support the process of optimizing and increasing shared energy. The results of the validation tests highlight the energy and economic benefits that can be obtained by combining the optimized management of energy consumption in the building with the use of a collective self-consumption system. In particular, the validation of the use case has shown that payback periods of up to 10 years can be achieved under appropriate assumptions. In synergy with the use case simulation activity, an experimental activity was carried out in the PREVO laboratory to evaluate the impact of activating the household appliances of a user participating in a collective self-consumption scheme. The experiments focused on the study of the methods for activating household appliances upon receipt of a start-up request from the manager of the collective self-consumption system. The energy management system of the PREVO laboratory has also been updated, with the introduction of a function that favors the charging of the electric vehicle in the event of a temporary increase in the user&#8217;s contractual power in the F3 band.
