This technical report describes both the project management activities and the dissemination activities performed during the second of the three years of the project \u201cSupport to regulation: market evolution; innovation in design and management of networks\u201d.<\/p>\n

Project management activities consisted in the supervision, performed by means of periodical meetings, of the techno-economic advancement of the project and of the progress of the technical activities, by means of frequent meetings with the research groups involved.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Also, meetings have been held with stakeholders, in particular with the Italian energy Regulatory Authority ARERA \u2013 both to discuss possible topics of interest to be assessed within the project and to discuss the ongoing activities brought on after explicit requests by the regulator \u2013 and ACER (the European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators) \u2013 regarding the assessment of the compliance of the Single Day-ahead Market Coupling algorithm with the prescriptions stated by European regulations.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Among these stakeholders there are also the institutions directly involved in the project activities and other research institutions, met for cross fertilization.
\nDissemination activities included: papers for journals (1) and conferences (7) \u2013 as well as attendance to the conferences themselves; teaching activities (2); writing the reports (18) for the description of the technical and research activities performed in this first year of the project.<\/p>\n
