The presentation concerned the modelling of the control schemes for offshore wind plants and for onshore and offshore VSC’s used in multi-terminal HVDC grids, focusing on the technical requirements imposed by (UK and EU) grid codes in terms of ancillary services (frequency and voltage support) and of Fault Ride Through capability.
