    This presentation covers some final results of the project and BADGE. Downstream of scenario analyses carried out with the simulator of a hypothetical trans-national balance market between Austria, Italy and Slovenia and of a technical economic analysis of the hypothetic benefits of a trans-national market, considerations were developed about barriers and regulatory needs for a successful implementation of this market.

    Such considerations have been completed by an analysis of the requirements of a ICT system designed to manage trans-national balancing markets.
