    Challenging established beliefs, being open to new points of view, and acquiring knowledge from diverse sources are the pillars on which the Open Innovation process is based.

    To this end, RSE’s KM is committed to fostering experiences of cross-fertilization and co-creation of knowledge and research, considering diverse perspectives, especially lateral thinking, and building an ecosystem of innovation as an integrated process in working methods and approach to new activities.

    Constant listening and dialog between the world of research, businesses, universities, and start-ups, discussion with people from different backgrounds, synergy and movement of ideas in multidisciplinary contexts: in this way, RSE fosters a culture open to sharing and paves the way for innovation and the development of new projects.
