MARINEWIND – Market Uptake Measures of Floating Offshore Wind Technology Systems

MARINEWIND is a 36-month coordination and support action (CSA) that will identify bottlenecks and potential opportunities to strengthen the role of floating offshore wind technology (FOWT) in providing innovative solutions for the development of renewables and assess how best to integrate this system by exploring market, policy and regulatory issues, optimal social and environmental, financial and techno-economic solutions and recommendations for storage and flexibility.

The project targets will be achieved through important co-creation activities with local stakeholders in regions where floating offshore wind farm development projects are underway.
