Technical guide for the management of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) in compliance with UNI EN 14181:2015, December 2019 update

The aim is to support the process of improving the efficiency of energy production systems by evaluating and efficiently managing both channeled and diffuse emissions. This report presents a guideline for the management of CEMS, building on the one issued for ISPRA in 2015 and taking into account regulatory changes up to the present day.

The aim is to support the process of improving the efficiency of energy production systems by assisting in the preparation of new technical regulations in this field and conducting practical experiences that could enable their application at a national level.
In the context of pre-regulatory activities and their potential real-world consequences for plants, the activities presented here are related to drafting new guidelines for the management of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS), which had not been updated since the 2013 version.
