The Shareholders’ Meeting of the Greentech Clust-ER – Energy and Sustainable Development of Emilia-Romagna was held on September 19 at the MAMbo – Bologna Museum of Modern Art, convened to elect the new Board of Directors. In the presence of approximately seventy shareholders, including companies, research centers and training institutions, and with the participation of the Emilia-Romagna Regional Authority, represented by Claudia Romano, Director of the Energy and Green Economy Area, who gave a speech on the new Regional Energy Plan for 2035 and on the roles played by research and innovation and enterprises in the sustainable transition in the region. The meeting also outlined the growth path followed by Clust-ER from its foundation to today, at the conclusion of two three-year terms of the board of directors.

Alberto Sogni, EU & Industrial Proposal Manager, stood as a candidate for relection, representing RSE. He was elected as director and appointed Vice President.
