    Conducting scenario analyses on the long-term development of the energy system and related impact analyses on the system and the electricity market (including Regulatory Impact Analysis).

    Conducting studies on the planning and safe operation of transmission networks.

    Studying methodologies for managing distribution networks in the presence of distributed “active” resources.

    Identifying technologies, actions and schemes for promoting energy efficiency in end uses.

    Supporting policy makers and the Regulator in achieving the decarbonization goals of the entire energy system.
