One of the initiatives that Knowledge Management deploys to promote moments of sharing and exchange is “Ti racconto la mia idea,” (I’ll tell you my idea) a series of events that represents one of the cornerstones of Knowledge Management activities, an impressive creative and communicative experiment aimed at valuing researchers and their ideas.

Through this initiative, RSE fosters a space for sharing and collaboration, while strengthening people’s sense of belonging to the company, stimulating their enthusiasm for research and development.

At the series of events, each researcher outlines their innovative idea and invites colleagues to give feedback on the proposal, stimulating a lively exchange of reflections and insights, which are then more extensively debated within the work of the Knowledge Communities.
