RSE CEO Franco Cotana took part in the IEEE International Humanitarian Technology Conference (IEEE IHTC) on November 28, in the session dedicated to “Research & Industry for the Energy Transition”.

The event, organized by IEEE Region 8 (Africa, Europe, and the Middle East), Region 7 (Canada) and Region 9 (Latin America and the Caribbean), was held in Aula Magna A of the Bari Polytechnic University.

In his speech titled “RSE – Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy Agreement: technology transfer and intellectual property protection in the energy sector,” the CEO of RSE delved into the crucial role of applied research and technology transfer in accelerating the energy transition.

The conference fostered dialog between research, industry and institutions, and highlighted how technological innovation can be an essential tool to address global energy challenges and promote a sustainable future.
