RSE’s CLIMED site to learn about future climate

RSE presents a webgis site on May 15 at 11 a.m. to analyze expected future climate conditions in Italy in the 21st century.

As part of the Festival of Sustainable Development 2025, the initiative dedicated to the culture of sustainability, promoted by ASviS – Alleanza Italiana per lo Sviluppo Sostenibile, RSE is participating with a webinar dedicated to the CLIMED (CLImate analysis over MEDiterranean region) webgis site.

CLIMED offers the possibility to analyze the expected future climate conditions in Italy in the 21st century through the visualization of different climate scenarios elaborated on the basis of 12 Euro-CORDEX climate models, under three assumptions of greenhouse gas emission pathways.

Created as a tool for National Energy System planning, CLIMED can also support public administrations, from national to local level, and interest a wide audience.
