The entities involved in System Research (2022-2024 Three-Year Research Plan), RSE, ENEA and CNR, are organizing the final event that will present the outcomes of the Cybersecurity-of-Energy-Systems Integrated Project. The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Rome, at the GSE Auditorium on Viale Maresciallo Pilsudski 92. The Cybersecurity-of-Energy-Systems Integrated Project is aimed at testing the most mature cybersecurity technologies in significant application cases for the energy transition and studying and evaluating innovative technologies and platforms.

The issue of cybersecurity is as topical and strategic as ever, especially in a social and economic context which is characterized by digital technologies playing an increasingly relevant role in the delivery of public and private services and in which it is essential to maintain the stability of both national and global balances.

The development and adoption of cybersecurity measures appropriate to the level of risk for the delivery of increasingly interconnected energy services has been recognized as a priority in the strategies for the technological development and innovation of Italy, which aim at ensuring a level of technological maturity aligned with European and national cybersecurity targets.
