DESCRIPTION
After the success of the training and dissemination events on industrial emissions enforcement in recent years, RSE wanted to continue in 2022 the technical support to public authorities and professionals with a series of free meetings (on October 4, 6, 11 and 13, 2022) on pollutant emissions, organized in collaboration with ISPRA, SNPA, Accredia, UNI and UNICHIM and sponsored by MiSE. The goal is to create a permanent information and training circuit for public authorities on emissions and odors. This topic is particularly relevant for public authorities, because there are many regulations governing the subject and because this legislation, both legal and technical, is undergoing profound changes. As a result, the need for training for personnel who must write permits and/or verify compliance is very real.
 
APPLICATIONS
The training action carried out with the Odor School aims to establish a permanent cycle of information and training for public authorities on emissions and odors. The legislation related to these issues, both legal and technical, is undergoing major and profound changes, and the need for continuous training of personnel who have to draft permits and/or verify compliance is a hot issue for supervisory bodies.
 
USERS
The personnel of the supervisory bodies and sector operators are the main users of the training action.
