A Novel Generation and Measurement Setup for the Characterization of MV Voltage Transformers From 9 kHz up to 150 kHz

Increasing switching frequency in power converters requires accurate noise measurements even at Medium Voltage (MV). A new configuration offers independent fundamental tone generation and high-frequency components to test measurement transformers (CT and TV) up to 150 kHz with MV amplitudes.
