A reliable Energy Storage System model for energy community management

The paper presents the experimental activities carried out in a microgrid to demonstrate the benefits of integrating an available energy estimator for electrochemical storage systems (SdAs) within the control system of an energy community.

The new model of the energy storage system (SdA), compared with the state of the art, increases the reliability of the estimation of available energy, optimizing the results of microgrid management.
