This technical report describes both the project management activities and the dissemination activities performed during the second of the three years of the project “Support to regulation: market evolution; innovation in design and management of networks”.

Project management activities consisted in the supervision, performed by means of periodical meetings, of the techno-economic advancement of the project and of the progress of the technical activities, by means of frequent meetings with the research groups involved.

Also, meetings have been held with stakeholders, in particular with the Italian energy Regulatory Authority ARERA – both to discuss possible topics of interest to be assessed within the project and to discuss the ongoing activities brought on after explicit requests by the regulator – and ACER (the European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators) – regarding the assessment of the compliance of the Single Day-ahead Market Coupling algorithm with the prescriptions stated by European regulations.

Among these stakeholders there are also the institutions directly involved in the project activities and other research institutions, met for cross fertilization.
Dissemination activities included: papers for journals (1) and conferences (7) – as well as attendance to the conferences themselves; teaching activities (2); writing the reports (18) for the description of the technical and research activities performed in this first year of the project.
