Knowledge Communities

RSE’s Knowledge Communities are freely and spontaneously formed groups within the organization to promote interdepartmental and transversal dialogue on the issues and results of RSE’s research activities, their application in the industrial field and their impact in the regulatory and normative field.

The Knowledge Communities form a transversal element in the organizational matrix of RSE, which consists of the Departments, where the verticality of knowledge and scientific insights are located, and the Systems Research Projects, which represent the horizontal lines. Therefore, they are able to gain a broad and integrated view of the issues being addressed in the different Units of the organization.

The groups formed represent a unique opportunity for discussion, exchange of ideas and knowledge, and a chance to propose innovative and sustainable solutions to meet the challenges of the energy transition and contribute to the development of the power system.

RSE’s Knowledge Communities are a tangible example of how interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge sharing can create value within a cultural process that guides the company toward the important challenges facing our country.
