Collaboration with stakeholders

Collaboration with stakeholders has always been a key element for RSE to ensure the effectiveness of its research and development activities. Thanks to constant interaction with all the institutional, industrial and academic players, RSE has consolidated its role as a reference partner for innovation in the national energy system.

Researchers regularly interact with stakeholders from industry, utilities, public administrations, sector associations, ministries and the Authority, creating a virtuous circle with a wide network of experts. This makes it possible, on the one hand, to identify the needs of the sector and gain valuable insights for joint research activities that are truly useful for the energy system, and, on the other hand, to transfer innovative solutions and research results to the sector.

Through the Open Innovation process promoted by Knowledge Management, RSE creates a true ecosystem of innovation and collaboration that, with an ever-open perspective, allows the study of the sector’s needs and also the identification, selection and internalization of new ideas for research activities (Inbound Open Innovation).

The resulting synergy allows for the generation of innovative knowledge, more effective management of complex challenges, and the development of solutions tailored to the specific needs of stakeholders, thus actively contributing to the transformation of the energy system towards sustainability and efficiency.
