The plenary meeting of the Concerted Action for the Energy Efficiency Directive (CA EED) is being held in Budapest on March 21 and 22. Simone Maggiore of RSE’s Energy Systems Development Department, as coordinator of the European project AUDIT2MEASURE, has been invited to participate in the meeting to give input in the working group 4.4 sessions and to present the results obtained from the AUDIT2MEASURE project.

The project, funded under the LIFE-2021-CET program, has as its main theme the role of audits in improving energy efficiency in the industrial sector with the goal of supporting companies in adopting the necessary audit measures to reduce energy consumption by supporting their transition.

This call proves that the results achieved so far by the project are considered useful by the European Commission and therefore confirm the soundness of the approach of working closely with companies in the AUDIT2MEASURE project activities, strongly desired by the coordinator.

The CA EED is a European Community-funded initiative that supports EU member states in the transposition and implementation of the European Energy Efficiency Directive (EED).
