As part of the Planet Week organized by the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security, RSE took part in the events in the Turin municipality area from April 20 to 28 in anticipation of the G7 summit on Climate, Environment and Energy scheduled on April 28 to 30 at the Reggia di Venaria Reale.

Giuseppe Mauri, Head of Research Group of RSE’s Transmission and Distribution Technologies Department, spoke at the side event ‘Smart cities: sustainable mobility and digitalization as a paradigm to reach net zero,’ the meeting sponsored by GSE (the Italian Energy Services Operator) to explore models and approaches for decarbonizing cities, on April 24 at the CSI Next Auditorium. In light of the just-concluded Twinning Light project with the Albanian Energy Efficiency Agency, Giuseppe Mauri outlined the ongoing activities of Twinning projects, as a result of synergistic collaboration with GSE, with a look at global initiatives in Mission Innovation, electric mobility and digitalization.Here you’ll find all the information.

On April 27, RSE CEO gave a keynote speech at the headquarters of Italgas at the side event entitled ‘Transitioning to net Zero. Energy Technology Roadmaps,’ organized by WEC in collaboration with OMEC, Atlantic Council, Globe Italia and Politecnico di Torino. The meeting, which brought together institutional, corporate and university representatives working in the international energy sector, was an opportunity to discuss solutions and technology roadmaps for improving energy security and the transition to net-zero.
