In the context of RSE, Knowledge Management holds a crucial role in promoting the process of Open Innovation and guiding the organization toward a culture based on knowledge sharing and a sense of belonging and active participation in a community.

RSE’s Knowledge Management Area is committed to educating people to develop this sensitivity and awareness. In addition, it continuously works to ensure that RSE places the skills of people at the center, considering them the main asset with which to develop research activities according to an innovative strategy. Finally, it creates and implements opportunities for knowledge exchange by identifying moments and places, not only physical, in which to develop collaborative networks and create synergies beyond the perimeter of the company, individual Departments and Research Groups.

Knowledge Management thus aims to promote research innovation by valuing knowledge.
