Permanent notice for the establishment of a register of experts for personnel selection

In order to ensure the transparency, efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment procedures for non-executive employees, RSE decided to establish a list of experts from which to draw for the appointment of members of personnel selection boards.

The purpose of the notice is to ensure uniform, systematic and timely application of the criteria for the selection of experts in the register, in accordance with the principles of non-discrimination, equal treatment, proportionality, transparency, competition and rotation.
