The electronics, with only 1% of the weight, contribute 11% of the greenhouse gas emissions. The steel fasteners
and brackets take up a mere 4% of the weight but contribute 7% of the greenhouse gas emissions. The 1% of
specialty or precious metals contribute 6% of the emissions.
