Following the entry into force of Italian Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, implementing EU Directive 2019/1937, RSE adopted the following ways of reporting unlawful conduct:

    N.B.: To protect the identity of the whistleblower, employees are informed that the platform cannot be accessed via the corporate network (PC connected to the corporate network and VPN).

Alternatively, reports can be sent via:

  • certified email (PEC) to: anticorruzione.rse@legalmail.it
  • ordinary mail addressed to the Corruption Prevention and Transparency Officer at Ricerca sul Sistema Energetico – RSE S.p.A. Via R. Rubattino 54, 20134 – Milan.

In this case, it must be clearly indicated in the subject line of the report and/or on the sealed envelope, that it is a “confidential report” for which the whistleblower wishes to remain anonymous for the purposes of protection against possible retaliation.
At the request of the whistleblower, the report may also be submitted orally in a direct meeting set by the Corruption Prevention and Transparency Officer within a reasonable period of time, without prejudice to the protection foreseen for the whistleblower.
